You own the applications and code generated for you and may use them commercially. Solutions Intelligentes SmartGrants Sougou Inc. claims no license over your applications beyond what is technically required to store, display, generate and host them for you.
We retain all rights in the Buildr platform itself, including this interface and our own source code.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to build or distribute content that is illegal, that infringes someone's rights, that impersonates a person or organization, or that is designed to harm people or systems. Do not attempt to bypass credit metering, access other users' projects, or resell access to the model capacity we provide.
Generated output
Generated code is produced by language models and is provided as is. It may contain errors, insecure patterns or unsuitable dependencies. Review and test anything before putting it in front of real users; you remain responsible for what you publish.
Availability, suspension and liability
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that puts the platform at risk, with notice where reasonably possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
