What is being sold
Solutions Intelligentes SmartGrants Sougou Inc. sells subscription plans that include a monthly credit allowance, and one-off credit top-ups. Credits are a unit of account for use of the service; they are not electronic money and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars, excluding any applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment processor at the start of each billing period. An annual subscription is charged once for twelve months at the discounted rate shown.
Credits and expiry
Daily grant credits reset each day at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. Credits included with a paid plan roll over and expire two months after they are issued, or one month after the end of an annual period. Purchased top-up credits expire twelve months after purchase. Plan credits are consumed before purchased credits.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which hosting of generated apps stops. Export your code before cancelling.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, consumption of credits ends any statutory withdrawal right that would otherwise apply. Refund requests: admin@smartgrants.io.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Competent courts: the competent courts of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
