Welcome to Buildr
What Buildr is, what it builds, and how the pieces fit together.
What it is
Buildr turns a written description into a working app. You describe the idea in plain language, Buildr generates it, and you refine it in conversation while watching a live preview.
Four build targets are supported: a web app, an iPhone app, an Android app, and a 2D or 3D game. The target you choose changes what gets generated, not how you work.
How work is measured
Everything is metered in credits. Build credits cover the messages that plan and generate your app, cloud credits cover the backend of the app you build, and AI credits cover model calls made by your app once it is live.
Small focused edits cost around half a credit; a large generation costs more. Every message shows its cost when it finishes.
What you own
The app is yours. On a paid plan you can download the whole source as a ZIP, mirror it to your own GitHub repository, and — for phone apps — submit it to the App Store and Google Play under your own developer accounts.
